@coldfire: all this is not worth it, i know...but i cannot help myself right now..just cannot..on a boat with no oars...but i won't fail my life...never!...am a hardcore optimist, always will be...wait till i get that job..life is going to be fun then.....hey! i think i just found an oar!!.........and all the best for your project work.

--- LIFE IS A STRUGGLE ---

It was a bright starry night
the summer breeze in its healing flight
and he, a boy with a broken heart
unsure of destiny, unsure of life
sang a song of the heavenly light

But then the clouds from the east did rage
and covered the night in its greyish haze
and his song of the heavens died
slowly with the dying light

But a lonely star in the west did shine,
amidst the grey clouds, proud and bright,
and his dying song of the heaven
blazed aloft at the sight

"Lonely star
do not die
shine brightly throughout the night.
And I shall sing a serene song
to heal my restless heart."

"I never give up little boy,
but these clouds i cannot fight,
but even inside their chaotic grip,
my flame will blaze strong all night."

Then the dark clouds raged again
and the lonely star was no more seen
but the boy still sang the song
and his restless heart sang along.

He sang of the lonely star
sang of persistence
sang of courage
a song of hope and faith
the song of life.
And when the clouds disperse i shall, said he
rise a phoenix,
and shine a star.

Don't know why it is a bit senti but loved it so much.

--- I SAW LOVE DIE ---

Love came to me one cold winter night.
And like a warm fire,
it made my life comfortable,
gave me strength to fight the cold.
I knew at that moment that there was nothing i couldn't do
and I blazed with the fire.

But then the wood slowly burned away,
i looked around for more,
but i found none.
I watched helplessly at the dying fire,
and coldness began its comeback fight...

The fire was gone,
but there were still some twigs left.
I looked at the glowing embers,
And mourned the unfathomable loss.
But suddenly the wind blew
and fanned the embers into fire again.
I knew not what to make of it
coz i knew the twigs too would soon burn away,
what good is this short-term illusion!
But it gave me some warmth nonetheless,
during those cold winter nights.
The fire died again,
and the wind fanned the twigs ablaze,
this happened for quite some time,
again and again,
till all the twigs were gone.
I sat by the red glowing embers
that were slowly turning into cold charcoal,
trying to feel the warmth for the one last time.

The fire and the embers are now gone,
in its place, just a mess of grey ash.
The wind blows again
and carries the ash away.
I look around,
summer has begun,
now i need a fire no more.
