Save my firefox!! (How to evenly distribute bandwidth?)

I start firefox... firefox works great, good speed... then I start eMule...eMule works great, good speed... but then firefox starts to crawl on its knees... i check comodo's traffic meter and it says over 90% of the internet traffic is being directed to eMule and only 8% to firefox!...
is there a way to evenly/manually distribute the bandwidth?

nevermind... the fox got mauled by the mule and eventually died a very painful death... the brave fire-fox has been replaced by a newer generation of cute baby fire-foxes... you should see them cuties play and run like thunder, wagging their bushy-bushy tails.. ...and oh, by the way, i skinned the mule
